Cordyceps \u2013 grown in a mineral-rich soil at high altitudes and low temperatures and is a celebrated mushroom used for centuries in traditional Chinese culture. Cordyceps were historically reserved for the Emperor\u2019s highest court and Chinese nobility. Cordyceps is also used by athletes to support energy and performance.<\/p>\n

Ganoderma lucidum – also known as the red Reishi mushroom. The powerhouse of mushrooms, has been used for over 2,000 years for its ability to support a healthy immune system because it can help support the growth of your body\u2019s own active immune system cells.<\/p>\n

Polyphenols – are natural antioxidants that help fight the negative effects of oxidative stress, and helps support the immune system, a healthy heart, healthy brain and more.<\/p>\n

HOW TO USE IT<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Place the tea bag at the bottom of the cup and pour the hot water on top to your desired level. Freshly boiled water, rested for a 2-3 minutes so the temperature drops to 140-185\u00b0F (60-85\u00b0C), is the ideal temperature for when you pour it.
\nSteep for 3-5 minutes and drink.
\nMake your own flavors by adding ginger, honey, sugar, or milk. Chill and serve cold over ice with fresh mint or lemon.<\/p>\n

\n1 cup boiling water
\n\u00be cup unsweetened apple juice
\n1\/3 cup cranberry juice
\n1 \u00bd Tbsp brown sugar
\n1 Tbsp lemon juice
\n1 pinch pumpkin pie spice<\/p>\n

1. Place ORGANO Red Tea bags in a large heatproof bowl; add boiling water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes.
\n2. Discard tea bags. Add the remaining ingredients to tea; stir until sugar is dissolve.
