WE HAVE
NOTHING
TO HIDE.
Our commitment is to provide you with the highest quality 100% natural products in the world.
That’s why all of our products are made with ingredients derived from farmers and suppliers we know. These professionals are also obsessed with quality, ethical harvesting methods, and sustainability.

We all face an overwhelming number of food, coffee and supplement options to choose from daily. In an industry full of false promises, ever changing research and celebrity gurus, it can be hard to make the right choice.
That’s why we will always give it to you straight.

But now you don’t have to take our word for it.
We’ve partnered with IBM Food Trust, to create an app, so you can now trace many of our products yourself. You can see where your coffee beans come from, when they were packaged and shipped.
We believe transparency is key not only to your health, but the betterment of our world.

WE’RE
STARTING
SMALL.
To begin we will start with tracking ingredients through our app for Coffees,Teas and Supplements shipped in North America. In the next 2 years, we will expand to more products and more regions until every single product we have available will be traceable.

Can I trace all Organo Gold Products?
At the moment, no. We are at phase 1 of our implementation, which means that data available in the platform are those covering shipments from April 2019 to present, and for selected beverages and supplements only.
Information availabe in the App also covers only USA and Canada during this first phase.
How detailed does the app get?
For Phase 1, our data goes to the level of Country of Origin for traceable ingredients.
At the product level, certifications, manufacture and expiration dates are available.
The Ganoderma farm is named in the App. For other farm sources, we will be adding specific information as they become available and we receive full compliance to share it in 2020.
When will “tipping” the farmer become a reality for the ORGANO Food Trust App?
Building the capability to trace ingredients at the farmer level involves the buy-in and commitment of all parties involved in the supply chain. We need to do it in a way that protects our ‘trade secrets’, and IPs of our partners. OG is in the process of collating this information to the degree that we can share and we are hoping that sometime 2020, specific farmer information on some of our products will become available.
